Neymar to Madrid, a Question of Time?
According to the Spanish sports presenter, Manu Carreño, time is on Madrid’s side to secure the signing of the talented Brazilian.
“Every day that passes is good news for Madrid. The closer we are to September 2nd, when the transfer window closes, the better the chances are for Real Madrid to sign Neymar.”
“Real Madrid and Florentino Perez are experts at last minute signings. Madrid still hasn’t presented a formal offer, but in Paris they know Neymar is interested and Madrid is taking it’s time as they are in no hurry.”
“No moves will be made until Barcelona has made their best offer, but they simply have no money in their coffers. As much as Messi tries to convince the president they simply don’t have the cash to sign him back and PSG has no interest in a loan deal to be purchased later.”
“Whatever Barcelona presents as their best offer, Real Madrid will match it. PSG knows it. In Madrid they are convinced that the relationship between Florentino and Al-Khelaifi is much better than the latter and Bartomeu and that Neymar is ready to suit up in white.”
If Florentino insists on bringing in Neymar this year it very well may cause Madrid to lose out on a more important player, Mbappe. Already a goal scoring machine at just 20 years old he has got to be at the top of the list of priorities, even if it means waiting one more year. His time will soon be up at PSG and as the best young player on the planet Madrid absolutely must sign him.
