LaLiga is BACK - ¡Vamos!
Today's the day - LaLiga is BACK!
And what a way to welcome one of the best leagues in the world back to action, with 'El Gran Derbi' as Sevilla host city rivals Betis.
It's been three months without LaLiga owing to the COVID-19 outbreak but after weeks of 'pre-season' training, the match action is finally back tonight - and we're all delighted.
It's Real Madrid's turn on Sunday night as Eibar visit the Estadio Alfredo Di Stéfano - the training base where Madrid will play their home matches for the rest of the season.
Fans of all Spanish teams will be delighted to see the action back tonight in Seville, however, and will watch on with interest as two of LaLiga's biggest clubs go head-to-head in the 'new normal' of Spanish football.
That 'new normal' will sadly see no fans attending and will see the introduction of the five substitute rule. Teams will also be able to have drinks breaks, one per half, given the summer temperatures.
Good luck to all the teams returning to action this weekend!
